Explanation
Our rates are based on 2 guests using the property. For each extra guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night.
Each booking is PLUS a cleaning fee of $75 per stay.
We have a minimum of 2 nights at any time. The only exception of this is if we have a one night vacancy between bookings, and then the fee per night for 2 guests is a minimum of $300 or $350 during peak periods.
For December/January early bookings we require a minimum 7 night booking, but after the end of November we accept 4 night stays if there is a gap.
Our Weekly Tariff saves you $100 off the regular price except for our peak period. All linen and towels are supplied.
Infants under 2 years are free of charge, and there is a portacot and high chair available for FREE as well, but this must be pre-arranged. However, we do not supply linen for the portacot, so you will need to bring your own.
Rules
Out of respect for near neighbours, please keep noise down and DO NOT USE THE DECK AFTER 10pm, and make sure to turn off outside lights.
This property is not pet friendly. Jan may be able to help you with other properties if you are bringing your dog!
Please acknowledge that you must climb stairs to be able to access the property.
Under no circumstances can we accept bookings for more than 5 guests at this property. If you are found to have more than the 5 guests staying, all guests will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that we live nearby, so we do find out these things!
